30 Day returns policy
We want to make sure you love your items and they fit just right so we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in order to receive store credit in the form of a Credit Gift Card to use on any other item/s in our store.
You will need to cover the delivery cost of your return so we encourage you to check our Sizing Chart before selecting your size for purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Credit gift cards
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed a gift card of an equivalent value (minus delivery costs you made on your original order - if applicable).
- Credit Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from date of creation.
- Credit Gift Card are non-refundable.
